If it's pouring raining, the event will be cancelled. If it's drizzling or in-between showers, the event will go on. Call (360) 570-5841 for information. Also, it maybe raining at your house, but not at Priest Point Park, so call for updated information.
Take a hike with Stream Team and a talented group of Capital High School thespians and theatre students to solve the mystery of the disappearing forest. What could be behind this dire situation? Collect clues as you meet forest inhabitants and mysterious creatures along the trail. Can you help save and protect this unique forest and all that depends on it? Or is it doomed to oblivion?
Learn about Stream Team, wildlife, and forests in this free, fun, engaging event brought to you by the City of Olympia, Stream Team and the Capital High School Theatre Department. Come before your scheduled hike departure time and enjoy interesting hands-on activities at "Water World", including make-and-take craft projects.
Parking on East Bay Drive NE is allowed for this one-time event. The east side of Priest Point Park will be closed from 1 p.m. to closing.
